These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service.

Ads Black is a digital marketplace that provides advertising-related digital products including, but not limited to:

• Facebook advertising profiles (reinstate, SARI accounts)
• Verified Business Managers
• Fan pages
• Agency ad accounts
• Email accounts
• Instagram and Google Ads accounts
• Related digital services

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT, ETH, and other supported currencies via our payment gateway.
• Pix: Available for Brazilian customers via manual processing.
• Bank Transfer: Wise, PayPal, and Payoneer via manual processing.

3.3 Order Confirmation

After payment confirmation, you will receive your digital product(s) automatically via download link on screen and via email. For manual payment methods, delivery occurs after payment verification.

All digital products are delivered electronically. For cryptocurrency payments, delivery is automatic after blockchain confirmation. Download links are valid for 72 hours.

For manual payments (Pix, Wise, PayPal, Payoneer), delivery is processed during business hours after payment confirmation.

We offer a replacement guarantee under the following conditions:

• The account does not work at initial first login
• You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
• You provide proof that you followed our recommended login procedures (using anti-detect browser, proxy, and m.facebook.com)

Replacements are not provided for:

• Accounts that were working at initial login but later disabled
• Issues caused by not following our recommended procedures
• Accounts used without proxy or anti-detect browser
• Accounts accessed via www.facebook.com instead of m.facebook.com

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may issue refunds or store credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Product was not delivered due to technical error
• Product is fundamentally different from what was described
• No replacement is available for a non-working product

To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use purchased products for any illegal activities
• Resell products purchased from our platform without authorization
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise our website or systems
• Use automated bots to access our Service
• Provide false information during checkout
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of purchased products.

All content on adsblack.io, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ads Black and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Our Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Products will remain active indefinitely after delivery
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from using our products will meet your specific expectations

We provide recommendations and best practices to maximize the longevity of your accounts, but platform policies and enforcement are beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Black shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or products, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Promo codes are subject to specific terms and conditions. They may have expiration dates, usage limits, and product restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts.
